Do team members need to be fit or sporty to take part?

Not at all. Our activities are designed to challenge everyone at their own level, and our facilitators adapt each session so every team member can take part, contribute and enjoy the experience, whatever their fitness or confidence levels.

Can our team stay overnight?

Yes. We offer a range of accommodation for overnight and multi-day retreats, from comfortable group camps to luxury self-catering lodges in the River House Collection.

How far are you from Cape Town?
